How do I register and pay?

Send your name, title, and organisation via WhatsApp. You’ll get a confirmation and invoice. Payment is due by 12 Nov 2025.

What does the fee include?

Your fee covers all sessions, conference materials, lunch, refreshments, and access to the Service Experience Fair. Accommodation is not included.

Where is the conference held?

The event is at Manhattan 2 Main Ballroom, Level 14, Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Directions and parking info will be shared after registration.
